Stephanie Koch leads JEVS’ strategic and business development team. She guides the agency through strategic planning, program development, and partnership evolution to achieve both revenue and geographic growth. A dedicated social services professional, Stephanie prides herself in innovative program development by collaborating with non-profit, private, and governmental agencies to advocate for effective policy and link systems for postitive impact.

Stephanie’s background in social work ethics shines through when leading strategic and business efforts at JEVS. She has a long history in workforce development and social services including working at the Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation (now Philadelphia Works, Inc.) and the State of Pennsylvania’s Department of Public Welfare (now Department of Human Services).

Stephanie holds a B.A. in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Social Administration & Planning from Temple University, and a Certificate in Executive Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Workforce Development Board of Atlantic County and sits on the Work in Progress Foundation. In 2012, she was honored as one of Atlantic County’s Top 40 Under 40.
