Stephanie Koch leads JEVS’ strategic initiatives team. She guides the agency through strategic planning and partnership initiatives to achieve both revenue and geographic growth. A dedicated social services professional, Stephanie prides herself in innovative program development by collaborating with non-profit, private, and governmental agencies to develop policies and link systems.
Stephanie’s background in social work ethics shines through when leading strategic and business initiatives. She has a long history of collaborating with JEVS while working with the Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation (now Philadelphia Works, Inc.) and later with the State of Pennsylvania’s Department of Public Welfare.
Stephanie holds a B.A. in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh, a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Social Administration & Planning from Temple University, and a Certificate in Executive Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Jewish Family Services of Atlantic & Cape May Counties, the Workforce Investment Board of Atlantic and Cape May Counties, and Work in Progress. In 2012, she was honored as one of Atlantic County’s Top 40 Under 40.
