Liza Rodriguez has 25 years of leadership experience in the government and non-profit sectors, with expertise in building human service and education systems by utilizing data-driven, talent development, and cross-sector strategies.
Prior to JEVS, she worked as the Chief of Performance Management and Technology for the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Children and Families, where she oversaw data integration and performance tracking for a new Philadelphia office, uniting child and family support services while overseeing diverse programs citywide.
Liza holds a bachelor’s in Latin American and African Studies from Duke University; a master’s in Latin American studies from the University of Texas at Austin; and a PhD in Urban Education and leadership from Temple University.
