Judith has over 15 years of experience in the public health sector in Philadelphia. In her previous role as Vice President of Healthcare Services at Congreso, she oversaw the Federally Qualified Health Center and HIV/AIDS Services Department and led the integration of an on-site pharmacy.
Her expertise lies in advocating for improved social determinants of health in underserved communities.
She holds a master’s degree in public health from Drexel University and a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Latin American Studies from Rutgers University.
