Joy started at JEVS nearly 30 years ago as a Direct Service Professional (DSP) and has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources.
Her areas of expertise include talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement. During her tenure at JEVS, she has transformed HR functions and incorporated Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training into company culture.
Joy has a master’s degree in Human Services from Lincoln University. She also holds the following certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society for HR Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and Diversity & Inclusion by Cornell University.
