Ana Ramos-Hernandez has over two decades of experience in data science, consulting, and technology development. She previously served as Deputy Chief for Performance Management and Technology at the Philadelphia Office of Children and Families.
Ana’s achievements include leading a substantial team, overseeing a $25 million IT budget, and spearheading the modernization of legacy systems. Her international endeavors extend to managing a subsidiary in Colombia and building cloud-based software platforms for nonprofit evaluations. Ana’s expertise in data analysis and grant management has benefited numerous nonprofit organizations and foundations, showcasing her commitment to leveraging data for informed decision-making.
Recognized with the Fels Performance Measurement Award and the Lucia Patiño Osorio Scholarship, she holds degrees in Governmental and Nonprofit Management from the University of Pennsylvania and a Doctor of Law (JD) from Universidad de Los Andes.
