Project WOW – Building Trades
The Project WOW Building Trades course provides training in Basic Property Maintenance & Repair:
- Carpentry: Framing, drywall, painting, door and window installation, tiling
- Plumbing: Installing a toilet, bathtub and sink, welding PVC, sweating copper pipe
- Electrical: Wiring of receptacles and switches, light fixtures
- OSHA 10 Certification Available
Work with our Job Coach to begin entry-levels jobs as:
- Carpentry, Electrician or Plumbing Assistants
- Property Maintenance Technicians
- Painting or Flooring Helpers/Laborers
JEVS Project WOW offers 22 weeks of free skills training, High School Diploma completion support, and job placement assistance for individuals aged 16-24 in Philadelphia.
